In the early 1980s, I began my journey of collecting succulent plants, with a particular focus on cacti. Alongside this hobby, I also ventured into the art of raising my plants from seeds. My first greenhouse, although unheated, became the perfect sanctuary for these delicate specimens. With great enthusiasm, I nurtured my succulents, watching them grow and flourish. This endeavor not only brought me immense satisfaction but also allowed me to witness the beauty of nature's resilience and adaptability. Today, as I reflect on those early days, I am filled with gratitude for the countless hours spent tending to my beloved succulents, which have become a cherished part of my life.
